A HTCR-II truck used under an EMD SD70M locomotive is in the process of being rebuilt in the truck shop at Union Pacific’s Downing B. Jenks locomotive shop at North Little Rock, Arkansas, on May 19, 2015. Two machinists have finished up much of the rebuild work on the bottom of the truck while it was upside down on blocks. They are now in the process of using the overhead crane to flip the truck back to a normal position to finish up reassembling parts that are located on the upper portion of the truck. Flipping the truck during the rebuild process makes access much easier.
