Despite the D&H having four PA-1's and four borrowed EL E-8's to cover its passenger trains between Albany, NY and Montreal in the winter occasionally the very road weary RS-2's would be pressed into service. The 4005 and 4022, off the overnight "Montreal Limited", lay over in the CPR's Glen Yard.
