Remarks & Notes
Rebuilt Sentinel railcar No.261 performing international passenger service Arica (northern of Chile) - Tacna (Southern Peru), moves through the desert and is already close to crossing the international border, with the "Morro de Arica" in background. Originally built in the 1936, the Sentinel has been substantially improved in passenger comfort who travel the 63 kilometers (39 miles) between Arica and Tacna. Even so, it is still a "rustic" route and one that could improve much more.
