A light drizzle falls on southwest Virginia as a CSX empty hopper trains passes through East Stone Gap, Va. on its return trip to the eastern Kentucky coal fields. Currently running on NS trackage rights, it will regain home rails about a mile ahead at Big Stone Gap.
