Remarks & Notes

Strasburg Rail Road along with the Norfolk and Western Historical Society presented 475 as part of a night shoot on a steamy Summer evening. The 4-8-0 locomotive was built in 1906 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as part of N&W's original order of M class engines. Modifications have been made to the locomotive over the years and until the rebirth of 611 was the only N&W steam locomotive in operation.
