| While some locals might have thought there was a fire in town after seeing a constant plume of smoke rise into the sky, the crew of this morning's LOL30 knew it was one of their aging GP's. Having fired up from a cold start, UP 1374 hasn't quite warmed up yet as the local gets underway with the 1403 on the other end switching cars throughout the yard. The local crew will need to work fast as the Santa Maria Valley Railroad's crew is on their way and will be expecting their inbound train to be put together by the time they arrive at Guadalupe. |
