For about a month, the service Frecciarossa of Venice St. Lucia - Roma Termini sees the introduction of two ETR-1000 they replace two of many ETR-500.
In the picture the ETR-1000-40 left Venice, passes in the late afternoon at a station on the outskirts of Bologna.
The replacement of the ETR-500 with the ETR-1000 on this route will be increased over time.
