| An unexpected sight in Switzerland. Two diesel locomotives of the Am 843 class (# 010 and a sister locomotive) are running light on the uppermost level at Wassen. The diesel-hydraulic locomotives of the G 1700-2 BB type were built by Mak in Germany (now Vossloh). These locomotives usually haul the fire fighting and rescue train. |
