Everett's Mogul-type No. 11 charges out of the woods with the 10:00 a.m. Santa Claus Special. No. 11 was built on speculation by Alco-Cooke in Paterson, New Jersey in 1920 and sat on the shop floor until 1923, when it was purchased by the Narragansett Pier Railroad in Rhode Island. In 1937, the NPRR sold it to the Bath & Hammondsport Railroad in New York, where it operated until 1949. After a succession of various owners, the engine was acquired by the Everett Railroad in 2006, which restored it to operation in 2015. It weighs 55-1/2 tons and rides on 50" drivers.
