Remarks & Notes
All Clear Ahead!
The north end of Cordele siding on the NS Macon District shows both versions of a "clear" signal this evening which indicate that there are no trains between here and the next siding of Dooley, some 17.5 miles away. While this sight makes sense in the Track Authority world of Rule 271 territory, it is sort of odd to see both the main line and siding signals displaying a "clear" indication at the same end of a siding.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
