| "Old Running Mates Meet Again" New York & Atlantic Railway RS-70 holds in the siding at LD to await a westbound regular train before running around their consist. The GP38-2s leading the train and the M1 pair both used to haul passengers around the LIRR system before being re-purposed for other uses; The geeps for freight service, the M1 pair for museum use. |
