An eastbound freight passes the unique industrial-residential area along Scull Street in Lebanon. Today, this scene is dominated by the twin viaducts at 9th and 10th Streets, carrying PA Route 72 over NS's Harrisburg Line. The factory was removed during construction of the viaducts. The 6429 was built by EMD for Conrail in September of 1977 and was later renumbered as the NS 3371.
