Perhaps the very last piece of rail equipment to grace the rails of the turntable at the Mon-Con roundhouse, the Youngstown Steel Heritage hi-rail truck basks in the sun of an unseasonably warm January day. With the Pittsburgh Industrial Arts Cooperative ordered to evict immediately and no concrete answer to the question of "Why?", the future of one of the most amazing railroad roundhouses I have ever toured is in question.
