Remarks & Notes

El Nino on the Coast route today. Heavy rain and flooding, mud slides in the burn areas, high surf advisory, and even an earthquake. Southbound 3861 with auto racks in tow, pass through the Solimar burn area on one side, and high tide and high surf on the other.
