Sandwiched between two P42s on the head end of the Capitol Limited, the first Amtrak electric to wear a commemorative scheme enters "home rails" after being built in Sacramento and having final paint work completed at Amtrak's Beech Grove facility. It joins P42 #42 as a salute to our veterans and Amtrak's commitment to have 25% of new hires be veterans.
