| Union Pacific 2001 is one out of a pair of locomotives that were painted for the Olympic celebrations when that event was held out in Salt Lake City.
Still wearing the unique paint scheme, the engine leads this Green River, UT to Denver manifest down the West leg of the wye at Speer and starts the 98 mile journey down the Greeley Subdivision.
