| FM road switcher 542 was one of two H12-44TS equipped with steam generators and assigned to switch ATSF passenger cars and trains at Chicago’s Dearborn Station, as it was doing on May 16, 1967. Note the two baggage/mail box cars built for high speed service and with steam lines. |
