Early in the morning on July 27th, the former Bessemer & Lake Erie units haul iron ore for United States Steel, photographed twisting through Wyoming's South Pass. By noon the train will be interchanged with the Union Pacific at Winton Junction, a location north of Rock Springs who will haul the ore pellet jennies to Utah's Geneva Steel mill.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
Photos of North America's favorite First Generation locomotives. EMD, ALCO, Baldwin; essentially anything that represents the OG wide cab diesel locomotive
