| Steam and smoke envelop Southern Railway 4501, which has just exited the pre-Civil War Missionary Ridge Tunnel on its way to Summerville, GA for a 9-hour round trip. Other than the amount of vegetation, I highly doubt this scene has changed much since Southern bypassed this original mainline in the 1960s, putting the current NS right-of-way into service. |
