The shot that almost wasn't!
As 20W approached my vantage point on track 1, I heard the distinct hum of maintenance of way equipment approaching behind me on track 2. In an instant, 20W and two pieces of Conrail MofW equipment had a rolling meet. I was thankfully able to get this shot of the head end as it passed between the ballast regulator and tamper. |
