Every now and then CSX assembles an amazing locomotive consist and sets it loose on the River and/or Trenton Subdivision. This day's Q417 (Selkirk, NY to Pavonia, NJ) had an interesting mix of five older standard cab EMDs. Following a somewhat rare CP SD60 were the following CSX units: 8844 (SD40-2), 8849 (SD40-2), 2792 (GP38-2) and 8830 (SD40-2). This train was following a loaded crude oil train led by a BNSF SD70MAC. Never a dull moment these days!
