Remarks & Notes

Construction is underway to enclose this entire area (note the large yellow beam) for real estate and commercial development. A Northeast Regional is about to arrive at Penn Station and was captured with one of the white strobes flashing. The signature Amtrak white strobes will also soon be a thing of the past with the pending retirement of the AEM-7s. Photo taken on RR property with permission.
