| Imagine my delight at finding these when I came here. Always a big FM fan, I got to ride and visit the classic shortline-style engine house and saw one being overhauled just before they were retired. They got somee use during semi-annual deployments. They were very low-time engines when donated to museums. I hope they are not rusting in the rain. The cab overhang was a local modification. I always thought FM should have kept it. |
