CN Rail's Terra Transport on Newfoundland Island operated its 1200-hp GMD NF210's long-end forward, as 925 East leaves western terminal Port aux Basques, Nfld., on Aug. 2, 1984 to begin its 547-mile run to St. John's, the eastern terminal, all 42-in. gauge.
