Remarks & Notes
After Amtrak #4, the eastbound Southwest Chief, departed Fullerton, California, the dozens (yes, dozens!) of railfans gathered there were treated to eastbound BNSF train O-LACLAC2-22A, a fifteen-car Employee Appreciation special. The train was headed from Los Angeles to Corona, at which point it will reverse direction and head back to L.A. The lead engine heading east is ES44C4 6658, and the engine that will lead it back to L.A. is ES44C4 6985.

Though it is a Class I freight carrier, BNSF maintains a fleet of passenger cars for business trains, employee specials and entertaining VIPs.
