| First and second generation EMDs sit side by side at the Virginia Museum of Transportation in Roanoke. GP9 #521 is dressed in Norfolk & Western's "Tuscan Red" passenger livery, while GP30 #522 wears freight loco black. The 522 belongs to the Roanoke Chapter of the NRHS and is operable - note the ditch lights. |
