| The Soo seemed to have a lot of work going on at Shoreham for EMD at the time of this photo. This Ex CR/PC GP38-2 was in for work at the time and had a big paper in the engineers window stating it was not to be occupied...the lack of seats/radio and a few other useful items may have been a dead give away to most engine-men. |
