NS OCS is deadheading from Altoona, PA to Buffalo, NY via Harrisburg, Sunbury, and up the CP to Binghamton, NY, then across NS's Southern Tier line to Buffalo. The train is passing The English Garden, a quaint retail shop in the old PRR Station.
