| About 75 miles east of Reno Nevada. The westbound California Zephyr was struck by a empty gravel semi. I took this photo withen 60 seconds of the train stopping. I ran to the front expecting to see damage to the unit. Not two superliners torn open with fire roaring in them. I was riding in the third superliner of this train. The remains of the truck that hit us are seen here |
