Whoops! This unlucky motorist got him/herself caught between the gates at the Westminster Ave. crossing in Montreal West. This is something that repeats itself time and time again each rush hour, due to the fact that there are two T-junctions that flank the crossing on either side. The end result is that, no matter how careful one is, cars almost always find themselves backed up over the tracks. Thankfully, the train speed through the station is only 15MPH, and in all the years I've lived here, I have never seen a collision between a train and a car.
This outbound train is deadheading to Candiac, where it will turn around and bring in another load of commuters later in the morning. It is going away from the camera.
