| A loaded IEI coal train is putting half their train away in the center siding at East Dubuque, before spotting the other half at IEI Barge Terminal, about 3 miles south of here. In 1993 this trackage between Portage and East Dubuque was owned and operated by CCP, but in 1994 East Cabin was closed and BN took over operations when the track was leased from CCP. |
