| The most impressive structure on the line between Sissach and Olten is the Rümlingen viaduct, with its eight arches extending over a distance of 128 metres, 25 metres above the ground. It is the oldest large-scale railway bridge in Switzerland. The 'Modern Steam' locomotive 52 8055 is hauling regular excursion trains between Sissach and Olten for a complete week. |
