| Q-405 is south leaving the old RF&P and entering the old ACL tracks. The 0 mp for the RF&P is in the middle of the bridge. It stopped briefly after this photo was taken to allow Amtrak to get around him. The water is up in the James River due to all of the snowmelt! |
