Remarks & Notes

A MLX01 Maglev train at Yamanashi Maglev Test Centre. This achieved a record speed of 552 kmph in a manned vehicle run in 1999. It carried a 5 car train set. Notice also the aerodynamic design resembling the nose of a fighter plane.
