After leaving Grengiols station, the steamtrain of the Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn entered the next cogwheel section, which is lifting the train on a grade of 9.0 % over the 106 metre long Grengiols viaduct and through the 595 metre long spiral tunnel towards Lax. Steamlocomotive HG 2/3 7 BREITHORN isn't producing much smoke because she is burning light oil instead of coal since 2001.
