Amtrak locomotive 448 on train number 448. How often does that happen? This is the second part of the foliage sprayer event. A railfan in Pittsfield stated that the spray liquid was a detergent based chemical not harmful to humans. The target pest was a beetle that was destroying foliage and eating bark.
