The northbound empty rock train led by SD39 #4027 and GP50's #2512 and #2513 cross over the Big Sioux River and the falls for which this beautiful city is named. The photo is shot from the observation tower at the city's visitors center located in Falls Park. NO the falls are NOT man made, they are just as god created them.
