Another of Wales' 'great little trains', is the tiny Llanberis Lake Railway. Outside the slate museum, situated at the foot of Mount Snowdon, is No. 3 'Dolbadarn' built by Hunslet of Leeds in 1922. One of a pair supplied new to the harbour at Port Dinorwic for shunting on the quays. In 1936, she was transferred to the quarry at Llanberis continuing to work until 1967, one of the last steam engines to work in a slate quarry in Britain.
