Remarks & Notes 
Visiting former GER design Class N7 0-6-2T 69621, built in 1924 by the LNER for hauling commuter trains out of Liverpool Street station in London, heads away from Bodiam with the 12.30 train to Tenterden Town during the May Gala weekend. The late medieval moated Bodiam Castle, built in 1385, is in the righthand background.
