Real mainline steam railroading was coming to an end. During the last year of the JiTong Railway's steam operations, the volume of visiting railfans multiplied. Here the buses of two tour groups lined up side by side. If you wonder why I'm not standing on a bus, you have no idea how cold the wind was that day....or about any winter day on the JiTong.
