Remarks & Notes 
A pair of Southern Pacific tunnel motors lead Rio Grande's Helper Local east through Provo Yard on a wintery Dec. 30, 1988 afternoon. The 6821, an SD45T-2, was rebuilt at Southern Pacific's Sacramento shops in Sept. 1987. It was built new the SP 9321 by EMD in Jan. 1974.
