Riding atop the original Colorado and Southern mainline, a short aircraft parts train passes the behemoth GCC Rio Grande cement plant which opened up in 2008 and is one of the first railroad customers to locate a plant south of the historic CF&I Rail Mill. Besides this massive railroad client, Vestas Towers America, Inc. and the soon to be constructed Roclo Concrete Tie, Inc also call this area of South Pueblo home.
