Can you believe it? This 144-year-old locomotive is on outdoor display at the Michigan Iron Industry Museum, located at the site of the Jackson Iron Company mine in Negaunee. The "Yankee" was built in 1868 by the Cuyahoga Steam Furnace Company of Cleveland, Ohio and worked on the Michigan Iron Range until the 1890s. It sat abandoned until the 1930s, when it was rescued and restored by Cleveland Cliffs.
