| A rare passenger consist traversed NS's southwest Virginia rails in the fall of 1996 when LENOWISCO, the southwest Virginia planning commission, organized a shipper special. After greetings at Natural Tunnel, shippers and Virginia's governor boarded the train and traveled to Norton, Virginia for a banquet. |
