A Sunday morning Finger Lakes freight departs Solvay for Geneva as it passes a vintage signal on the West side of town.

Finally got a good shot of the 714, my favorite locomotive, in the database; today pulling along some special passengers. :) My main interest is passenger trains, what a nice combination.

Train 38T has the usual pair of CP GE's as it crosses the Portage Bridge on a crisp, clear, Spring day.

Train 206 is just East of the Portage Bridge at Pennycook Road on a bright Spring morning.

A small rainbow has formed from the mist of the waterfalls below the Portage Bridge as 13T eases across with 3 big GE's.

There is just enough of a gap between the trees at the West end of the Portage Bridge to get an unobstructed view of one engine. Train 23K is on the Portage Bridge and crossing over the Letchworth... (more)

Train 13T is slowing down as it crosses Miller Road. There is a 38T just ahead, and 13T had to stop at Rock Glen for a short time before getting permission by the ROCK GLEN signal.

38T crosses Miller Road with a 115 car train. Just ahead is a bad signal at Rock Glen that the dispatcher would have to talk the train by.
