A southbound UP ballast train comes off the Palmdale Cut-off into West Colton Yard.
A westbound intermodal pulls into West Colton Yard as another train heads east off the Palmdale Cut-off.
This patched/unpatched ex-SP moves down 9th St. The other engine in the consist is the UP 2708. It struck me odd that this engine had wig-wag ditch lights.
Because of track work on the Cajon Sub, UP intermodals were required to come down the Palmdale Cut-off on the Mojave Sub into West Colton yard. A pretty rare site.
