The Twin Peaks Subdivision is very scenic too bad because of directional running the line only sees northbound traffic. Still worth a visit to this very photogenic line.

A northbound freight bound for Anchorage rolls through Girdwood and the Chugach Mountains. The winter time provides great photo opportunities for those willing to get out and explore.

On what turned out to be a fantastic trip weather wise in January 2011 an export rolls south under the grace of a full moon. A beautiful trip.
