8592 got its first assignment today. It was called out of Derby's Engine Facility to take 4 cars from BJct. Northern Maine Jct in Hermon.

Unusual to see the P & W using the Amtrak northbound track to head south.

Newly painted 8592 is being transfered into the Engine House for clean up and to put a self-start device in it

MMA 8592 is painted decaled and clear coated. It now needs traction motors and should be ready to go by early next week.

MMA 8563 is gone for ever. It is being used for parts for other locomotives
