The culprit of the derailment of the center beam flat car was a number of piggyback cars on an adjacent track that apparently derailed and then wedged against the flat cars.

The temperature is in the mid 80's as two UP mechanics do some light maintenance on UP 5896. Pretty soon the snow will start to fly and this type of maintenance will have to be done indoors.
