Green Mountain 405 ready to depart for Chester
RS-1 405 leads the Green Mountain Flyer over the Brockway Mills Gorge enroute to Chester from Bellows Falls.
The morning excursion returns from Chester as it rolls along between US Route 5 and the Connecticut River on final approach to Bellows Falls station.
After completing the short run from Ludlow to Mt. Holly Summit, the engine has run around its train and they are heading back to Ludlow and then Bellows Falls.
All gone! Visiting here now, you'd find yourself in a downtown shopping mall.
